Concert to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Associació d’Amics de l’Òpera de Sabadell, performing works byStrauss, Rossini, Donizetti, Verdi, Puccini, Giordano, Massenet and Ponchielli
The Associació d’Amics de l’Òpera de Sabadell (AAOS) is celebrating a major milestone in its history. Forty years ago, on 7 October 1982, it staged its first opera in Sabadell: MADAMA BUTTERFLY.
This concert, which will feature a group of soloists who have performed in the various opera seasons organised by the AAOS, the Chorus of the Associació d’Amics de l’Òpera de Sabadell and the Orquestra Simfònica del Vallès, will mark the culmination of the anniversary.
A festive opera gala that will undoubtedly live up to its billing as a special anniversary event thanks to the critical support of an audience which has supported the association throughout its history.
MANY HAPPY RETURNS!
